Responsibilities:
Conduct site operations in strict accordance with program contracts and statements of work.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and Thermo Fisher staff.
Ensure compliance with asset management and service programs, including inventory management.
Accurately input data into the Maximo database, focusing on asset induction and service requests.
Monitor service activities and customer concerns, ensuring timeliness and quality.
Schedule and facilitate site service visits and ****** engineers into laboratories.
Review field service reports and invoices, emphasizing financial and technical accuracy.
Assist with problem resolutions and customer concerns as needed.
Support the development of quarterly business reviews and participate in meetings.
May be required to assist with minor fixes to laboratory equipment, such as the replacement of tubing, O-rings, gaskets, etc.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in English.
1-2 years of industry experience in related fields.
Experience in GMP environment.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and proficiency in related software.
Experience in customer-facing roles.
Strong dedication to customer happiness and relationship building.
Effective communication skills to interact with engineers, suppliers, and partners.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions:
Primarily work at customer locations, including office and laboratory environments.
Engage in physical activities such as walking, sitting, lifting, and PC work.
Adhere to safety procedures and wear necessary PPE in certain areas.
May travel for meetings and training as required.
