What kind of professional exposure/technical skills should you have?
If you have worked in Food Tech / Analysis/ Quality Testing Laboratories with hands on experience in instrument (with in-built software) like UV-VIS, HPLC, UPLC, GC-FID, GC-MS, LC-MS,ICP-MS and Kjeldahl, Fiber/ Fat Analyzer, Moisture Analyzer, Distillation, KF-Titration, Refractometer, Digital pH meter, Wet Lab Techniques, Sample Preparation.What key traits / professional skills should you have?
• Readiness in working in various geographies
• Familiarity with various laboratory procedures
• Receiving, labeling and analyzing food samples
• Designing and executing laboratory standard procedures
• Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
• Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
• Conducting experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject food samples
• Optimizing lab procedures and succeed in producing reliable and important results that can be used to make a difference.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems
