Job Requirements
• To perform tests on patients samples according to the Standard Operating Procedures and maintain records of results in registers.
• To run samples of Internal and External Quality control according to the schedule.
• To notify Critical Values to the concerned doctor or nursing station.
• To ensure timely dispatch of reports to OPD and IPD .
• To ensure proper monitoring of test equipment & keep records of equipment preventive / breakdown maintenance and service records .
• To ensure proper storage of all material& proper housekeeping in the workplace.
• Prepare samples and make entries in register for outsourced tests.
• On receipt of reports, enter the results in register, make photocopies of the reports, preserve the photocopies in files and dispatch the original report.
