Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and precision.
Collect, analyze, and document various specimens, such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Prepare and interpret reports, documenting and communicating results to medical professionals.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Keep abreast of new developments and advancements in laboratory techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training as a Lab Technician is preferred.
Prior experience in a laboratory setting is desirable, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 INR (depending on qualifications and experience)
