• Ensuring Functionality of Laboratory
• Responsibility for on time quality assurance according to standardized procedures.
• Quality Assurance of the evaluation of RM PSS, RM, IPC, FG, toller and treaded goods sample and release of test results.
• Quality Assurance and test support to Internal Tech. Services/GTI labs.
• Documentation of test results.
• Support for "customers" with regard to QC service optimization.
6 Executes standard & impurity solution profile & their calibration.
7 Assurance of the documentation of monthly production data & QA tested sample data
• Instruments- Calibration & maintenance
• Assure the lab instruments calibration as per plan & preventive maintenance.
• Assure instrument Annual maintenance contract.
• Safety, Housekeeping & Waste Management.
• Assurance to achieve zero lost time accident rate.
2 Assure to clean & safe working lab space, clean & neat lab store.
3 Assure to segregate and ensure proper monthly disposal of Hazardous waste.
4 Executes disposal or storage of test samples as per defined period.
