Lab Technician
Perform laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses according to established protocols, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and handle laboratory samples, specimens, reagents, and solutions, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with quality control standards.
• Operate laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including but not limited to microscopes, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, chromatography systems, and PCR machines, with precision and proficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Collect and record experimental data, observations, and results accurately and comprehensively in laboratory notebooks, reports, or electronic databases, maintaining documentation integrity and traceability.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical software, data analysis tools, and computer programs, and interpret findings to draw meaningful conclusions and insights.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, scientists, researchers, and other stakeholders to plan experiments, coordinate resources, and achieve research objectives or project goals.
• Assist in the development, optimization, and validation of laboratory test methods, protocols, and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation
