Job Description:
Accuprobe Healthcare & Diagnostics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Technician to perform clinical laboratory tests and procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in testing, maintain laboratory equipment, and follow safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform laboratory tests and analyses following standard protocols.
• Prepare and analyze samples using microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure proper documentation of results.
• Assist in calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Follow laboratory safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing laboratory procedures.
• Train and supervise laboratory assistants and junior staff.
• Manage inventory and ordering of laboratory supplies and reagents.
Requirements:
• Education: Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with microscopes, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and other lab instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for record-keeping and reporting.
