Job Description
Full-time Job Requirements • Routine and non-routine tests and analyses using the appropriate technical equipment • Perform quality control and calibrate equipment • Maintain equipment in proper working order and maintain a clean work area • Perform various biochemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease • Records lab test results and assists in technical activities • Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards while working • Specimen processing as per defined SOPs in adherence to TAT / OTR (On time Report) • Maintain all quality parameters as per QC
Norms Work Experience • Must have - Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician DMLT (State Medical Faculty at Uttar Pradesh) • Hands-on experience and knowledge of medical laboratory principles, standards, applications, and tests. • Fair Communication & Computer Skills. • Flexible to work on a rotational shift • Should be a multitasker.
