Minimum 0 to 20 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (depending on the specific needs of the hospital).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
