Call & Whatsapp HR Aman Sir - 75 43 +4 43 24 Assists in all the functions relating to the efficient operation of the Quality Control Department; Complies with the Quality Control and Laboratory programs and contributes to its implementation; Complies and monitors adherence to GMPs and participates in the plants HACCP and food safety programs; Conducts proper sample collection of raw materials, ingredients, in-process and finished products, or other samples as required; Performs all required micro, organoleptic and chemical analysis thoroughly as per procedure and ensures that records are kept accurately; Performs QC Hold & Release on raw materials, ingredients, packaging or finished product when needed.
