We are seeking a Lab Technician, ideally suited for freshers, to join our team in New Delhi. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills in the laboratory environment, focusing on techniques, sample collection, and quality control. The role is open to candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience, spanning various locations including East Delhi, South Delhi, and West Delhi.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, understanding their application in routine tasks (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in sample collection, ensuring accuracy and preventing contamination (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to conduct quality control assessments on collected samples (Mandatory skill).
• Competence in data entry tasks, ensuring precision in recording laboratory results.
• Basic medical knowledge to understand the context and importance of lab procedures.
• Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in observing and documenting laboratory findings.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with other team members and support staff.
• Strong time management abilities to ensure timely processing and analysis of samples.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct routine laboratory tasks, applying standard techniques and protocols.
• Accurately collect and process samples as per established procedures and safety regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and calibrated before each use to guarantee precise results.
• Manage laboratory records meticulously, ensuring all data entry is complete and correct.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to review sample quality and address any anomalies.
• Report and discuss findings with senior technicians and laboratory managers as needed.
• Adhere to all laboratory safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Assist in the preparation of laboratory reports and documentation for senior management.
