Job Title: Lab Technician – Quality Control & Concrete Testing (Permanent, Full-Time)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Brantford. This is a full-time, permanent position on the day shift. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our quality control and concrete testing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform concrete and aggregate testing in accordance with applicable standards (CSA, ASTM, etc.)
Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment
Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to product quality
Maintain detailed records and logs for traceability and audit purposes
Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience in a similar lab technician role within the construction or materials testing industry
Strong background in quality control and concrete testing
Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures, standards, and equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
