Serology Technician Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct serological tests, including antibody and antigen tests
Analyze test results and provide information for diagnosis and treatment
Follow standard operating procedures and comply with regulations
Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and analysis
Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure the quality and accuracy of test results through regular quality control procedures
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
