The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our Houston office.
You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group. Learn more about our Labor & Employment department .
The Day-to-day
As an Associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have
• 4-6 years of employment litigation and counseling experience, including single plaintiff litigation, administrative charges, policy reviews, and investigations.Practical Litigation experience is a plus.
• The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and solid work ethic.
• Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside of the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions .
• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Texas or have the ability to waive into the State of Texas.
