The ideal candidate should have 12-14 years of experience including at least 5 years of solid experience in employee investigations, labor compliances domain. They should be able to drive employee investigations and policy matters, work with a larger team, and apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Additionally, they should be able to validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
