• Assisting in the preparation and execution of laboratory experiments with strict adherence to protocols.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring flawless operational readiness.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support ongoing research projects.
• Collaborating effectively with a diverse team to implement innovative solutions.
• Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory compliance in all lab activities.
About You
Candidates should have:
• Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent (Grade 4 and above).
• A proven passion for scientific research and innovation.
• Strong focus on attention to detail and ability to carefully adhere to guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Willingness to commit to the duration of the apprenticeship program (27 months).
• No prior experience required, but a background in science subjects (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics) is advantageous.
• Dedication to completing both on-the-job training and any associated coursework (6 hours per week).
