Job Description
Objective
Own day-to-day management of the manufacturing lab. Maintain smooth lab operations, ensure team use of internal systems, and continuously improve workflows by proposing and implementing better systems.
Responsibilities
• Run daily lab operations and keep the lab organized, functional, and ready for production work
• Manage lab workflows, task flow, and operational consistency
• Use existing internal systems correctly and ensure lab activities are tracked properly
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and failure points in current lab operations
• Propose new systems, processes, and operational improvements to increase speed, clarity, and reliability
• Help implement approved systems and make sure they are adopted by the team
• Maintain lab readiness, supplies, equipment status, and operational order
• Coordinate with leadership on lab priorities, blockers, and process changes
• Maintain product quality through existing quality control systems
