Job Title: Operator – Instrument TESTING (Reprocessing/ Microbiology/ Analytical Lab), R&D Test Lab
Reports to: Reprocessing/ Microbiology/ Analytical Lab In charge
Based at Location: Manesar or Gurgaon
What will be Work Location: Manesar or Gurgaon
Is it Work from Office or Hybrid or Work from home: Hybrid
What is Mode of Interview (Virtual /F2F): First round Face to face
Rounds of Interview: 2 -3 Rounds - Depending on HM
Desired Profile
Education: Diploma in any biological stream /ITI / Polytechnic in any of the streams. (No Graduation Candidates)
Experience: 1 + years of experience in any industry/ lab.
Basic understanding of do/ don’ts of machine/ equipment handling and working in lab or industrial setup.
Personality:
Highly enthusiastic individual with friendly attitude towards all colleagues
Good/ Average oral and written communication skills.
English language - written and oral
Roles and Responsibilities
This position requires the person to work on – routine setup preparation, test execution tasks at R & D Lab in Manesar. The candidate will work in coordination and guidance with the Test In charge / technical manager ensuring right procedures & practices, also work on various equipment, based on trainings and guidance provided.
· Take responsible approach in executing given task in given time and quality.
· Clear communication and understanding of the instructions for task execution.
· Report of day today activities every day and any abnormal behaviour in the test system immediately - to the technical manager
· Test setup preparation, in getting ready for the test- under the guidance of technical manager.
· Support in inventory management, lab equipment handling and performance support,
· Test executions support and recording observations of the test under execution in provided templates. Complete required trainings.
Ask appropriate questions in case of doubts to the technical manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
