About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician I to join our PCR and toxicology lab. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with hands-on pipetting experience and an interest in clinical laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Accessioning: Accurately accession incoming samples into the laboratory system.
Precision Pipetting: Perform minor to medium-volume pipetting with high accuracy.
Data Management: Post and verify test results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Inventory Control: Receive, organize, and maintain lab inventory and supplies.
Lab Operations Support: Assist in various lab-related tasks, including specimen collections.
Quality Assurance: Contribute to lab maintenance and quality control procedures.
Workflow Assistance: Support technicians and scientists with laboratory workflows as needed.

Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)
0–2 years of relevant laboratory experience (academic or professional)
Comfortable with pipetting and basic laboratory techniques
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
