A Small Finance Banking Company is looking to hire a Labour and Employment Lawyer for their Bangalore location.

Jobs Responsibilities Would Include

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts like MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Manpower Supply Agreements, License Agreements and any other business correspondence requested by HR Dept. for vendor engagements and third party tie-ups.

• Understanding legality and implications of key contractual terms and negotiating for the best interest of the organization.

• Drafting, reviewing and providing mentorship on drafting and development of policies and procedures specifically related to HR Dept.

• Assisting HR Dept. in modification of SOP, Code of Conduct of the Bank from time to time and also preparation of Terms of Appointment Order/review of employment contracts.

• Providing advice and mentorship on all internal investigations and recommending implementation of appropriate actions.

• Assisting the internal disciplinary committees in analysing and dealing with Disciplinary Action cases and Appeals referred to such committee for termination.
