Labour & Employment Lawyer
A leading law firm is seeking a talented Labour & Employment Lawyer to join its team in Mumbai. As a Labour & Employment Lawyer, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on labour and employment law matters, including compliance, investigations, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in employment/labour law advisory and litigation, with a strong understanding of key labour regulations and employer obligations. You will be responsible for advising clients on labour law compliance, drafting employment agreements and HR policies, and handling employment-related litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on labour law compliance under Indian statutes
• Drafting employment agreements, HR policies, termination letters, and settlement documents
• Handling employment-related litigation including matters before labour courts and tribunals
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong legal research, drafting, and client communication skills
