Job description

General Insurance CORPORATE EXPERIENCED Profiles ONLY

MACT -Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation and other legal related issues

2) Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims

3) Appointment of advocates and Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest 4) Adducing evidences in legal claims

5) Adherence to internal processes and external regulations

6) Coordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims

7) Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts

8) Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system +) Coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodies

Qualification: LLB

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Executive to manage labor compliance and regulatory affairs within our organization.

Key Tasks:

• Labor Laws Compliance: Manage compliance with various labor laws, including the Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Shops & Establishments Act, ESI Act, PF Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Equal Remuneration Act.

• Contractor Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and submitting statutory returns as necessary.

• Legal Matters: Handle legal matters related to labor laws, collaborating with advocates and preparing documents as required.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and registers under various Acts, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Inspection Support: Provide support during inspections under various Acts, ensuring adherence to IMS/SHE/TBEM Standards, Procedures, Guidelines, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate or above degree.

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in managing suppliers and deliveries at sites.
