Do you consider yourself a person who loves communicating and engaging with others via phone? This is the role for you! We are seeking candidates with outstanding phone and written communication skills, someone who is detail-oriented, a team-player, curious, and willing to go the extra mile to find the solution to any problem!
The purpose of this role is to conduct research on current labour market trends and transfer this material into high quality written reports. You will liaise with the Allied Health team to understand each injured individuals' situation and their subsequent employment needs as well as assist our Rehabilitation Counsellors in the production of various assessments.
Rehabilitation Counselling and Psychology students welcome to apply - this is a great opportunity to gain industry experience whilst studying!
Day to day you will be:
Learning about employment options for our clients to pursue
Speaking directly to employer representatives from a diverse range of industries to compile up to date information on the available labour market
Using your excellent computer literacy to write professional reports summarising your research
Sharing your knowledge with a team of Allied Health professionals to assist our clients to find new employment.

About You:
Available for a minimum of 25 hours per week - candidates seeking casual, part time and full time work will be considered
Relevant customer service or telephone-based experience with strong verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience writing high-quality reports
Demonstrated ability to cold canvass employers to gather key information (highly regarded)
Reliable, mature-minded and ability to work independently.
