Job Description
• Monitor and forecast labour requirements and manage labour resource allocation accordingly.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify labour needs and resolve staffing issue with the help of labour contractor wherever needed.
• Analyse and manage labour cost, including wages, benefits and overtime.
• Develop strategies to optimize labour costs while maintaining productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• handle labour related disputes and resolve conflicts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Experience
• 10 to 12 Years ( Min 5 years experience in labour management.)
Qualification
• Any graduate
