Job description, work day and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our company. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Lawn maintenance (weed eating, edging,push mowing,zero turn)
Interlock and concrete
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
Basic knowledge of safety practices related to construction or manufacturing is a plus.
