About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working team player who is ready to take on a hands-on role with long-term potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing and removing insulation in residential properties
Manual handling, working in confined roof spaces, and using ladders
Representing our brand with professionalism and care
Opportunity to enter the Energy efficiency industry and Thermal imaging
No experience? No problem!
Full training will be provided, along with the opportunity to earn a nationally accredited qualification in insulation installation.
Location:
This position is based in Wangara, WA.
Hours:
Weekday shifts, starting at 6:30am with varying finish times
This is a casual position, with potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance and business needs

Physically fit and comfortable working in tight roof spaces
A team player with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
What You’ll Need (if successful at interview):
White Card
Police clearance
Driver’s licence
Proof of Australian work rights (e.g., birth certificate, passport, visa)
