Labourer / Trades Assistant – Kitchen Installations
Location: Launceston & surrounding areas
Job Type: Casual
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer / Trades Assistant to assist with kitchen and benchtop installations. This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced installers on residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installation of benchtops, splashbacks, and cabinetry
Load and unload materials and tools
Prepare and clean job sites
Support tradespeople with daily tasks
Maintain a safe and organised work environment
Requirements:
Manual driver’s licence (essential)
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
Willingness to learn and take direction
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Working Conditions:
Casual position
Hours will vary from week to week
Start times between 8:00am – 9:00am
Monday to Friday only (no weekend work)
