Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Acquisition Specialist located in Jaipur. The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for contract negotiation, communication, land acquisition, land development, and due diligence tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, Land Acquisition, and Due Diligence
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Land Development
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory processes related to land acquisition
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, Business, or related field
