About the Role
Working closely with the Manager – Property, you’ll play a key role in coordinating approvals, managing land and property transactions, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting daily operations to keep the team running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate land authorisations, transactions, and approvals.
Negotiate and liaise with property owners, consultants, and stakeholders.
Support public consultation and prepare correspondence for internal and external audiences.
Handle tasks across leasing, permits, licences, land acquisition/disposal, easements, and asset naming.

What We’re Looking For
Relevant qualifications in property or land management, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of land administration and Local Government Act requirements.
Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.
Valid driver’s licence.
You may be asked to obtain a National Criminal History Check or DCSI Clearance.
