This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week
Remuneration starting from $64,000 to $75,000 (experience dependent)
The opportunity
We are looking for a savvy coordinator who can provide high-quality administration and coordination support to the Capital Delivery Development team. If you have excellent time management skills and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the role for you!
You will get to:
Filter, prioritise and allocate incoming applications
Track and follow up progress of assigned tasks
Review and update process maps, workflow, standard templates, checklists, standard operation procedures, etc
Provide team coordination of meetings, workshops, appointments, and minute-taking
Collate data for monthly and Quarterly reporting information.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in office administration
Knowledge of online workflow and record-keeping platforms
A strong ability to multitask
Excellent time management skills
Strong computer skills and experience with the MS suite of products
Experience with consent administration would be an advantage.
