Responsibilities
As a Land Development Administrator you will support the pre-qualification process by collecting, compiling and maintaining bidder qualification information
Work with Land Development Managers to obtain inspections and permits, assist vendors with payment issues and assemble, distribute and track bid packages
With the help of the Land Development Managers, prepare construction specifications for all land development functions
Contact bidders throughout the bidding process to gather and communicate follow-up information as required
Solve problems with payment issues for vendors
Support the contracting process by writing, distributing, tracking, updating contracts and addenda while ensuring that a valid LD MVA is executed along with the vendor being insurance compliant
Support community planning set up through preparation of contract documents including scope of work and cost schedule
Enter and maintain budgets into the job cost system
Process budget increase forms
Code, and process all land development related invoices for all active and communities in planning
Prepare and maintain Bond logs for Land Development Managers
Provide administrative support to the Land Development Associates
Ensure that AFP’s are being created per Company Policy
Conduct special projects as assigned by the Land Development Managers

Requirements for this position include a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-2 years experience, proficiency in JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1) system preferred. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
