About the Company:- We offer comprehensive solutions for grid-connected solar and wind
energy projects in the state of Rajasthan & Gujarat. Our services encompass obtaining statutory clearances, land aggregation, Civil and Electrical Works, manpower provision, and vehicle supply. Additionally, we are actively involved in the operational maintenance of 800 megawatts (MW), which includes tasks such as module cleaning, grass cutting, and internal road maintenance. Our esteemed clients include Adani Green, Mahindra Susten, Renew Power, UPC, Azure, Rays INFRA, ARIGHT Greentech, among others.
Job Profile: - Land & Legal Manager!!
Location: - (Rajasthan)
Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Law. Preferred
Industry: - Renewable (Wind/Solar)
Experience: - 5 to 7 Years
Localities Preferred
Immediate Joiner Preferred
Salary as per industries Norms
Key Responsibilities: -
• Should have good knowledge of applicable land laws, rules and regulations applicable across various land records.
• Coordination with clients in land matters to mitigate the risks, disputes and issues involved while purchasing
• Obtaining records and documents of land from authorities.
• Preparation of TSR, records and documents pertaining to title of lands proposed for acquisition.
• Proficiency in drafting and vetting of various documents like agreement to sale, sale deeds, Mou, Affidavits, letters to authorities, etc.
• Providing support in completion of post- registration formalities including mutation and land conversion.
• Providing support in applying for and obtaining certificates of conversion of land from agriculture of non- agriculture.
• Preparation of MIS.
