About the role
This is a growth-focused role for a Land Surveyor passionate about cadastral surveying and
land development. You'll work across a broad range of projects including residential, rural,
commercial, large-scale infrastructure, and land development.
No two days are the same. You'll travel throughout the beautiful Aoraki region, work alongside
great people and be supported to grow professionally - whether that's progressing toward
licensing, technical mastery, or developing leadership capability.

You will bring strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with clear and confident communication.
You are someone who can work independently when needed, while also contributing positively within a collaborative team.

The ideal applicant would possess the following skills
4+ years' post-graduate experience in Land Surveying
Bachelor of Surveying (or equivalent tertiary qualification)
Proficiency with GPS/GNSS, Robotic Total Stations, and 12d Model or AutoDesk Civil 3D
Knowledge of Leica equipment (advantageous)
Demonstrated project management and client liaison skills
Current Full Driver's Licence
A positive, proactive approach and sense of humour
