s+a collective is a part of KIEC ( Karai Infrastructure Engineering Company)
s+a collective is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Architect with a profound understanding of both design & team management. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other relevant design software, with a proven track record in creating innovative and functional spaces.
Architects with (1-4) years of experience. (B.Arch Degree is a Must)
Must know about Design development, architectural drawings, Softsacpe Details, Indoor , Outdoor Planting.
Must possess knowledge of Software like MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup
Experience in Residential & Hospitality Projects is a plus ( Resorts, Restaurant, Pubs or Farm Houses)
Design development in 2D and 3D. Preparation of working drawings and presentations. Coordinating with Clients and vendor.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End Design Expertise:
Capable of independently preparing drawings from conceptualization to project completion, demonstrating proficiency in plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Creative Design:
Possess a keen eye for creative design, ensuring that architectural concepts are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
Design Integration:
Expertise in creating floor plans that optimize space utilization, incorporating a deep understanding of design principles while considering structural nuances. Open to work on Architecture, Interior & Landscape Projects. Experience in Hospitality projects is a plus.
Site Coordination:
Willingness to actively coordinate with on-site teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between design vision and project execution.
Proactivity and Independence:
Demonstrate a proactive and independent work ethic, taking initiative in design decisions and project leadership...
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in designing.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English essential
Certification: COA certification is required.
