Sales & Client Management: Meet clients onsite, assess needs, and deliver tailored proposals

Lead Design Team: Guide a 5-person team, ensuring collaboration and timely execution

Project Management: Oversee delivery within deadlines and budgets, maintaining quality standards

Concept Development: Transform ideas into actionable plans and technical drawings

Design Presentations: Present 2D/3D plans to clients, address feedback, and manage expectations

Position: Senior Landscape Architect

This is a unique leadership opportunity to operate like an entrepreneur within our established framework. You’ll manage unlimited projects, lead a dedicated design team, and focus on design, sales, and leadership—without the burden of drafting or administration.

Your Team Includes:

• Junior Designer / Landscape Architect

• Two Senior Drafting Professionals

• Junior Drafting Professional

• In-house 3D Rendering Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Management: Meet clients onsite, assess needs, and deliver tailored proposals.

• Lead Design Team: Guide a 5-person team, ensuring collaboration and timely execution.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture (Undergraduate/Graduate)

• Active Florida Landscape Architecture License

• 5+ Years in residential design (landscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, drainage)

• Experience leading design/drafting teams

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, LandFX, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop & Illustrator

• Strong knowledge of Florida plants and hardscape materials

• Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Small business experience

• Budgeting/cash flow management

• Leadership or management training

Work Environment:

• Location: Hybrid (Office: Jupiter, FL; Home Office)
