LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN | $35–40/hr | 4-Day Work Week | South Seattle
We are a professional landscape construction firm specializing in high-end residential projects. We're looking for an experienced Foreman who takes pride in precision and leadership.
PAY & SCHEDULE
$35–40/hr (DOE)
10-hour days, Monday–Thursday (consistent 3-day weekends)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and mentor a 1–3 person crew
Oversee natural stone, paver patios, and advanced irrigation installs
Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years in landscape construction
1+ years managing a crew and running a job site
Strong knowledge of hardscape grades, drainage, and irrigation
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
