Landscape Construction Labourer
Pay: CA$18.00–CA$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Burnaby, BC (projects across Metro Vancouver)

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Landscape Construction Labourer, you’ll support your crew in the hands-on construction of residential landscapes. You’ll work directly with your crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.
Support Hardscape Tasks:
Assist in building patios, stairs, retaining walls, fences, and stonework
Help operate and maintain basic tools (wheelbarrows, shovels, compactors)
Support site prep and grading under supervision
Support Softscape Tasks:
Install sod, artificial turf, and plantings
Assist with water features
Help prepare soil, mulch, and softscape areas
General Duties:
Keep the worksite clean, safe, and organized
Load, move, and transport materials and tools
Help with seasonal tasks like snow removal
Who You Are:
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly and working outdoors year-round
Able to take direction and work well as part of a team
Have reliable transportation to job sites (your own vehicle is a strong asset)
Possess basic English communication skills
Have steel-toed boots and are ready to work safely every day
Bonus Skills
Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
Experience towing trailers
Experience operating landscape equipment or machinery (skid steer, excavator, etc.)
Rubber or gum boots for wet conditions
Physical Outdoor Work Expectations:
This is a physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions across Metro Vancouver.
