Role –Senior Designer
Department – Design
Education - Diploma in landscape design/ Architecture design, Degree in Landscape architecture from a recognized university
Vacancies – 2
Location – Delhi
Experience – Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Skills : Design, 3D Design, Graphic Design, Corel Draw, Adobe suite, In Design.
Should have understated the planting drawings and should be aware of the planting arrangement / softscape.
Proficiency in Landscape software’s (preferred) CAD, SketchUp, with 2-4 years’ experience
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Merlin, familiarity with Mac a plus
Creative design skills/ problem solving skills
Accurate and detailed personality
Skilled at working with multiple design disciplines – architects, engineers, interior designers, etc.
Skilled at integrating/ coordinating with other builders, contractors, etc.
Strong written & verbal communication skills – for interactions with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, vendors, etc.
Team player who is creative and solutions oriented
Not afraid to take risks
Measures, Deliverables or Criteria for evaluation (The most important Measures / Deliverables or Criteria for evaluation to measure job roles performance)
Should communicate and collaborate with design, execution team and vendors at all times
Should escalate any delays and improper maintenance of plants to the concerned team.
Design multi-level landscape projects integrating construction components, landscape elements, grading, drainage, etc
Assist with field work including site inspections and measuring with travel in the local region
Drafting support
Field inspections and site layouts – coordinate with Project Manager to transfer the design from paper to reality
Estimating & Preparation Of BOQ
Oversee construction practices and procedures – construction details and quality control
