Shift Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST (UK Shift)
Experience: 2+ Years
Working Days: 5 Days working (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities & Objectives of this Role:
● Translate hand sketched designed spaces into CAD to create plans and construction drawings
● Input plan information from surveys.
● Revise plans and elevations based on comments from clients
● Communicate revisions to Project Managers
● Follow CAD standards and procedures
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
● 2+ years of experience in Landscape Industry
● Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
● Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
● Proficient in AutoCAD
● Experience in InDesign or Bluebeam is preferred
● Creative problem solver
● Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
