We are growing and looking for a Gardner to join our team in Seattle WA! As a gardener you will work with weekly garden upkeep, pruning and detailed lawn care. This is a full time position. We offer an above industry standard pay, benefits, year-round full-time hours and opportunities for overtime. Pay ranges from $28.00-$30.00 per hour!
Responsibilities:
Weekly property upkeep and care
Detailed lawn maintenance, including mowing and edging
Follow year round hedge pruning schedules and maintenance
Seasonal clean up and renovations
Delicate stone and patio cleaning
Bee keeping and honey harvesting
Composting and fertilizing
Holiday decor and design
Qualifications:
2 years or recent direct landscaping experience
Reliable transportation to multiple job sites around the Seattle and Bellevue area
Ability to operate machinery
Ability to work outdoors, year-round
Ability to lift heavy loads
Prolonged standing
Extremely high level of customer service required
