Job Description
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking reliable and hands-on team members to join our Maintenance department in Landscaping and General Maintenance roles on a casual basis. These roles are essential in ensuring our resort remains safe, functional and beautifully presented for our guests.
About the Roles
Landscaper (Casual)
Maintain gardens, lawns, pool surrounds and common areas
Perform mowing, edging, pruning and general grounds work
Assist with irrigation checks and outdoor maintenance
Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Handyperson & Maintenance (Casual)
General repairs across guest rooms and public areas
Support preventative maintenance programs
Coordinate contractors and maintain service records
Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–3:00pm
Hourly Rates:
Mon–Fri $33.38 | Sat $40.05 | Sun $46.73
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience
Reliable, safety-focused and hands-on approach
Strong time management and ability to work independently
Physically fit and flexible to support operational needs
