Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong willingness to learn. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including planting, digging. The Landscape Laborer will work with both hand tools and power tools to ensure the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.
Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Dig holes for planting and assist in the installation of irrigation systems.
Build and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other outdoor structures.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Rake rough and final grades.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating various landscaping equipment.
Experience in landscape and final grades is required.
Ability to dig, build, and maintain garden areas with attention to detail.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks.
Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping.
