Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled landscaping technicians to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Landscaping Technician at Benter Irrigation, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of our clients' properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Performing landscape installations, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation system installation.
Conducting regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and fertilizing.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with irrigation systems and performing necessary repairs.
Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping and irrigation system installation/maintenance is highly desirable.
Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and irrigation systems is a plus.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.68-$26.00 per hour
