Landscaping with a difference – Grasstrees Australia
Grasstrees Australia is a specialised Xanthorrhoea Preissii nursery based in Middle Swan. GTA rescue grasstrees destined for demolition and care for them in our nursery until they are ready for planting.
Grasstrees Australia has an outstanding reputation within the Nursery Industry, having a long history of servicing wholesale, retail, and landscape industries as well as government, councils, and international.
We are currently looking for a physically fit and motivated landscaper to join our dynamic nursery & operation team. You will have to work outdoors planting, moving stock, trimming, and weeding. The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
Be physically fit as these roles are physical in nature,
Ability to work outdoors in challenging weather conditions.
Experienced with or willing to be trained in the operation of chainsaw, hedge trimmers & hiab.
Experienced with or willing to be trained in the chemical application in horticulture.
Be motivated self-starters who can work unsupervised when required.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Be available to work Monday to Friday each week.
Reliable and punctual for work,
LR or MR licence preferred but not essential. Opportunity to obtain
· Driver license and transport to get to & from work
LR/MR Licence is preferred but is not essential as we do offer full training for the right candidates.
