Key Responsibilities
• Teach Japanese Language Effectively: Deliver engaging and effective Japanese language training to students from diverse backgrounds.
• Customized Lesson Plans: Develop tailored lesson plans and course materials based on learner needs.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Modern Teaching Tools: Utilize digital platforms and modern teaching tools to enhance the learning experience (virtual classrooms, online quizzes, etc.).
• Supportive Learning Environment: Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment that promotes learner engagement.
• Staying Updated: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Japanese Proficiency: Proficiency in Japanese and JLPT certified N3 level or native speaker required.
• Language Training Experience: Previous experience in language training/teaching is an advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching styles for different learner groups (adults, students, professionals).
• Virtual Teaching: Comfortable with virtual/online teaching platforms.
• Certification in Language Instruction: Certification in language instruction (preferred but not mandatory).
