Travel to client locations to diagnose and troubleshoot laptop issues.
Repair or replace defective laptop components on-site (hard drives, RAM, keyboards, screens, etc.).
Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications at client sites.
Perform data backup and recovery services as needed.
Provide technical support and advice directly to clients in the field.
Document repairs and maintain records of services performed.
Manage inventory of parts and tools while on the go.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction during field visits.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a laptop repair technician, preferably with field service experience.
Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to travel frequently.
Certification in computer repair or relevant field is a plus.
