We are looking for a skilled Laptop Service Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops and related hardware. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops and notebooks
Repair or replace faulty components such as motherboards, RAM, SSD/HDD, screens, keyboards, and batteries
Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and software applications
Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
Provide technical support to customers (onsite or remote)
Maintain service records and documentation of repairs
Ensure timely completion of service requests
Handle customer queries and explain technical issues in a simple manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair techniques
Basic networking knowledge
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Networking knowledge of basic protocols & troubleshooting
IP configuration knowledge
Basic knowledge on CCTV, access points, switches, video door phones installation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
