Laptop Support Engineer
• Printer & Scanner Installation and Configuration on Client Side
• Excellent technical and supervisory skills involving Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Hand Work on scheduled audits (User access permissions, Inventory management, review security groups, Anti-Virus).
• Installation of Windows XP, 7, 10 OS.
• Knowledge of virtualization like Hyper-V, VMware, etc.
• Maintaining and Troubleshooting clients' Workstations, Desktop and Printer, and Related Quires.
• Managed to install and configure Operating System & IE Patch Updates.
• Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain security and compliance.
• Provide application support on, Windows Diagnose problems and provide quick solutions in a limited time.
• Provide Remote Support over VNC Client, , M-Teams, Team viewer, any desk, and windows Utilities.
• Excellent in drafting Troubleshooting and day-to-day procedures
