Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laravel Developer to join our team. As a Laravel Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel PHP framework. You will collaborate with our internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet our organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
• Design and implement efficient database structures using MySQL or other relational databases.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following Laravel coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or the quality assurance team.
• Optimise application performance and scalability.
• Integrate external APIs and third-party services as required.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.
• Stay up-to-date with Laravel framework updates and industry trends to suggest improvements and implement best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a Laravel Developer, preferably 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with relational databases, including MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
