● You will conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality software performance, adhering to industry best practices and optimizing for scalability and speed.

● We expect you to stay abreast of emerging trends in technology and apply this knowledge to improve our existing infrastructure, making recommendations for advancements when necessary.

● You shall mentor junior developers, providing guidance on their projects and fostering a culture of learning and growth within our tech team.

● You will take responsibility for documenting all phases of the software development process, creating clear, comprehensive guides for both internal use and our developer community.

● We expect you to actively participate in scrum meetings, contributing insights from your work to help guide the project's direction and ensure alignment with our overall business goals.

Requirements

● You must possess strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework, allowing you to build, scale, and maintain high-quality SaaS products.
